Patrolman Rescues Injured Woman From Burning Car in Greenfield, Indiana






A patrolman rescued a severely injured woman from a burning car in Greenfield, Indiana on September 9.

Bodycam footage shows the officer, identified by the police department as Blake Crull, pulling the trapped and disoriented woman from a flaming vehicle.

The Greenfield Police Department wrote in a press release: “This woman may very well have died if not for the quick actions of Patrolman Crull. She was taken to the IU Methodist Hospital with very serious injuries.”

The department added that the driver of the second vehicle has been arrested.
