The MichiganSupreme Court ruled that Trump can appear on the state’s 2024 presidential primary ballot, declining totake up the question of his eligibility.

Donald Trump can appear on Michigan’s 2024 presidential primary ballot, the state’s top court ruled Wednesday. 

The Michigan Supreme Court declined to take up the question of Trump’s eligibility under the state’s election laws. In a one-paragraph ruling, the majority wrote the court was “not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.”
