Macron’s Parliamentary Majority at Risk in French Elections

PARIS—Millions of French voters are heading to the polls Sunday to cast votes in the final round of parliamentary elections, which will determine whether President Emmanuel Macron can retain a majority in the National Assembly and push through his pro-business agenda.

Mr. Macron’s candidates were neck-and-neck with leftist rivals in the first round of the elections on June 12, after far-left firebrand Jean-Luc Mélenchon managed to rally behind him French socialists, communists and greens.
