Hungary Vote Tests Orban’s Friendship With Putin—and Its Need for Russian Energy

BUDAPEST—Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, the closest thing Russian President Vladimir Putin has to a friend in the club of European Union leaders, seeks a fifth term in power Sunday in an election that has become a referendum on the Kremlin’s war with Ukraine.
