Remdesivir: McEnany Says Patients Won’t Pay, Hospitals Will Profit from Gilead Drug






White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany said that “patients will be very unlikely to see the cost” of Gilead’s remdesivir under the new pricing model and that “hospitals will profit” by releasing patients early. She made the remarks during a press briefing at the White House on Monday, June 29, in Washington, D.C.
