President Trump announced the creation of a new U.S. monument, the National Guard of American Heroes, “a vast outdoor park that will feature the statues of the greatest Americans to ever live.” He made the remarks on Friday, July 3, during a trip to Mount Rushmore in Keystone, South Dakota.
