Attorney General Barr Slams China’s “Fundamental Character” in Speech on Chinese-American Policy

Attorney General William Barr said China’s goal is to “replace” American businesses as global leaders, that “win-win in China means China wins twice,” and attacked the “fundamental character” of the Chinese Communist Party at a speech at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
