Alberta Minister of Energy Sonya Savage said that the Covid-19 pandemic is the “best time” to build a controversial oil pipeline, because “you can’t have protests of more than 15 people. Let’s get it built. Let’s get it built.” The Trans Mountain pipeline has faced opposition from many environmental groups and the comment got the attention of Greta Thunberg.
