Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester addressed a meeting between presidential hopeful Joe Biden and community leaders at Bethel AME Church in Wilmington, Delaware on Monday. A day earlier, Biden visited the scene of an anti-racism protest in Delaware, saying that the United States was “in pain.”
