US election results: ‘We’re going to win this race’ – Biden

As protracted vote counting continues in the US, Joe Biden says: “The numbers tell us a clear and convincing story – we’re going to win this race”.

However the Democratic candidate – speaking in his home state of Delaware running mate Kamala Harris by his side – stopped short of officially declaring victory in the presidential election.
