Church Bells Ring Out to Mark One Month Since Beirut Explosion

Church bells were heard ringing out in Beirut on September 4, as the city marked one month to the day since a devastating explosion that killed at least 190 people, wounded thousands, and putting many more out of their homes.

Footage by Andrea Olea, a journalist in Beirut, shows people gathered in the portside neighborhood of Mar Mikhael, not far from the blast site, as the bells of a local church are heard.
