Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden said Monday that President Donald Trump “panicked” when he was confronted with the coronavirus pandemic. He added, Trump “froze and failed to act, and Americans paid the worst price of anyone in the world.” Biden made the remarks at an aluminum manufacturing facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, on September 21, 2020.
