Rep. Charles Booker called a Kentucky grand jury’s decision in the shooting death of Breonna Taylor “wrong.” “Justice failed us today. It failed us in a way that it’s been failing us for generations…A woman—a Black woman—was killed in her home by the agency paid for to protect and serve her. That’s wrong,” Booker said on Wednesday, September 23, in Frankfort, Kentucky.
