Creek Fire Torches More Than 290,000 Acres in California






The Creek Fire burning in California grew to over 291,000 acres as of the morning of September 25, according to official figures.

Cal Fire reported that the blaze, burning in parts of the Sierra National Forest, was 36 percent contained.

This footage, taken around 8 am on Friday, shows flames engulfing pine trees.
